Another successful week with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) -Builder20 group. The group of 20 members comes together annually to share ideas and gain new insights about construction means and methods, as well as trends. Our team is always learning and investing to provide value add business practices that are passed along to those we work with - homeowners, architects, interior designers and subcontractors.
NAHB has been a great resource for professional and supplier relationships both nationally and locally. We have spent valuable time learning new and improved products, processes, etc. that are then incorporated into our projects.
What's Next in Luxury Home Building?
There are so many innovations we are using to provide our clients with the latest technology and building methods. A big focus continuing to grow is the creation of more energy efficient homes. in addition to new products/technologies; we are partnering with architects to employ more environmentally conscious design and builds. We are also seeing more solar, higher efficiencies in all forms of equipment and appliances; as well as triple pane windows and doors to name a few.
