Homes reflect what’s important in people's lives and and they want them to represent their needs and desires. Open spaces are still considered a necessity, as are features people want to make their lives easier, so they can enjoy and enhance their homes. A few examples include coffered ceilings, coffee/juice bars, butler’s pantry, unique hardwood flooring, and custom built-ins. The takeaway…more than ever, people feel an emotional connection to their homes and want to make them one-of-a-kind. And it doesn't look like this will be changing anytime soon. Modern Take on a Farmhouse

The homeowners wanted a modern farmhouse vernacular with clean lines. To achieve this goal, we built an Alaskan wood roof with painted white wood clapboard siding. A transitional space that connects the accessory structure to the main house was included and large lite-cuts for the windows were used to provide ample light. At RRBuilders we work together with you through the entire building process and make sure we understand your preferences and goals, so there are no surprises.

We are happy to stop by and hear your desires to make your house, your vision.
