Renovation and addition
The renovations and addition to this in-town 1910 historic home brought it up to today’s living standards.
The addition of a new garage with laundry and powder room above, created much needed space and ease of use for the second floor laundry. An existing bedroom was converted to a master bath and closets, creating a luxurious and proper master suite. The addition of a new chimney with two fireplaces; one for the living room and other for the future exterior terrace, created more intimate spaces.
Additional updates were also incorporated throughout the home.
